NEWSLETTER nr. 71: MIST BLOWER SPRAYER NPA150 FOR TREATEMENT LOW VOLUME

We are happy to announce the arrival of the smallest mounted mist blower 150 liters tank capacity for treatments of vineyards and orchards at medium and low volume. The increasing demand to have a small mounted mist blower of 150 liters for small piece of ground has induced to develop this new model.
The sprayer exploits the principle of the kinetic energy created of the fan to produce very small droplets of 40-50 microns size that are projected in the plant, guaranteeing the attainment of the zones most difficult with a consequent effectiveness of the lower part treatment volumes.
The pump of 50 l/m works to low pressure 2-3 bar for the spraying of the chemical and it is provided of throught shaft for a better, resistance and a long life. The agitation is guaranteed from a double circuit that allows to shake to 20-25 bar with a further opportunity: we can treat with volumes of mixture from 80 to over than 600 liters per hectar that can mean an autonomy of around 2 hectares with a full tank. The in demand powers are very contained and therefore small tractors for the 25-30 HP are suitable.
Is particularly adapt in the vineyards in the hill or in mountain where it is not possible to bring elevated quantity of water for obvious reasons of inclination.
The turbine and the gearbox are the same that we use in the mod. NPA series and therefore the last model born of 150 liters tank is a completion of the already existing range. Now with the new NPA 3rd point hich, we can offer the whole range, from the 150 liters up to the 600 liters , while the 800 and the 1000 liters tank capacity are available upon request.
